  • WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR NOT SHOWING UP FOR APPOINTMENT TIME?
    If patient cannot make their appointment, please call to notify that you will not be able to make the appointment prior. We do call to remind patient's their appointments 1-2 days prior. We ask that you be courteous and cancel your appointment if you cannot make it as other patients that are scheduled weeks to months out that may need to be seen sooner. We implemented a now so fee as we hope that you respect other patient's need as we respect your time. You can also request to be placed on wait list for sooner available appointments.
  • HOW CAN I START TMS?
    Discuss with your PCP or psychiatist for referral to TMS.
  • WHY IS THE PHONE LINE ALWAYS BUSY?
    As an independent clinic, we have limited resources vs. larger institutes. We do have a large panel of patients and therefore may not be able to answer every call that comes in at the same time. We ask that you leave a message and will return your call within 24 hours. If there is an urgent matter, please don't hesitate to come into the clinic or email us at our website. If there is an emergency, please head to the Emergency Room first, we will follow up with you after.
  • WHAT SHOULD I WATCH OUT WHEN I HAVE NERVE CONDUCTION STUDY EMG?
    Please come in T-shirt, shorts, or any loose clothing that can access to the extremity that is being examined. Also do no apply lotion or oil on the extremities on the day of the exam.
